Though we did not select Jane to be our real estate professional (she was "assigned" to us by someone else that could not make an appointment), she was very accessible by phone and email. I first dealt with Jane Ward in October 2006, after seeing a listing of hers online. I called with approximately 16-18 questions about the property. She answered 11 or 12 of them on the spot, and promised an answer to the remaining questions by the next morning. She had the answers for me as promised. She never tried to sell me a house. Instead she worked with me to find a house that met our needs as I expressed them to her. Since buying that first house, we have purchased a second place through her.
