Patricia Brown was born & raised on Long Island, NY. After graduating college, she found herself residing in “hip” cities like San Francisco, Burlington (Vermont), and Seattle. Though she enjoyed her time in each city, Patricia felt that they had been “discovered” and dreamt of settling somewhere that was a mixture of the great outdoors with a small town feel. Landing in Asheville was a fluke: in 1993 Patricia had shipped all of her belongings from Seattle to Wilmington –to be with her parents and sister. Things radically changed when she drove through Western North Carolina. She quickly fell in love with Asheville, rented a U-haul, and headed back so that she could call these mountains home.
Patricia holds a Mathematics degree from Colgate University as well as a Masters in Statistics from the University of Vermont. She has owned residential and rental properties in Asheville since 1993 and has a keen understanding of the area as well as residential and business investing. Just as numbers don’t lie, Patricia is a trusted partner. Patricia brings enthusiasm and knowledge to her client partnerships and believes in beginning as a client and ending as a friend. Coming from years in the Health and Wellness Industry, Patricia lives a balanced life and strives for a stress-free experience. In her spare time she promotes her book “Asheville Trail Running, Hiking and Walking,” now in its third edition, and is often seen out and about “sniffing out” properties with her rescue dog, Sam.
